Use-by dates

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

 

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid only for purchase or part-purchase of any workshop, course, class or creative experience available on this website.  Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.  If a gift voucher has a greater value than the purchased item, a gift voucher will be given as "change" to the value of the unused portion of the original voucher's value.

 

 

Delivery

Gift Vouchers are available to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail 1st Class.  Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.  Please note that we have no control over delays within the postal service.

 

 

Collection

Gift Vouchers can also be collected from Heath House Studios, Romsley, Bridgnorth WV15 6HS.

 

 

Refunds policy

Refunds can be requested within 14 working days of purchase.

Items are to be returned in secure protective packaging with the purchaser bearing all associated costs eg packaging, postal costs and to return the goods within 14 working days of their notification to us that they are returning them.

 

 

It is the purchaser's duty to take reasonable care of perfect good that they have received and are returning.

 

 

Where a perfect item has been returned in inadequate packaging, or has incurred damage or treatment which renders it in imperfect unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct £5 from the refund amount to cover costs to ourselves of materials, labour, manufacture and other costs incurred.

 

 

Where a workshop, class or other creative experience date has

already been booked, refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

 

 

Refunds are always made to the purchaser and if purchased by debit or credit card, the refund will be made to the purchasing card.

 

 

Items not received within 14 working days of payment

Please let us know - we will do all we can to send you the same or similar replacement item as soon as possible.

 

 

Items damaged upon delivery

Items are sent in perfect condition with ample and secure protective packaging.  In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged in transit, please ensure that you immediately notify us.  If the item has been delivered face-to-face - eg courier or recorded delivery - please record the damage in writing with the person delivering the item.

 

 

If the item has been sent by ourselves via Royal Mail, please give us full details of the damage, preferably with photos in order for us to investigate fully.   If a damaged package is accepted / signed for, but not recorded as "delivered damaged" with the relevant mail or courier service, further investigation might not be possible.  However, we will do all we can to send you a replacement as soon as possible if the item has been sent by ourselves via a mail or courier service that we have arranged and paid for.

 

 

We are unable, however, to take any steps to resolve damage

caused by a mail service or courier that has been arranged and paid for by the purchaser.  In this case, if a replacement Gift Voucher is required in order to replace a perfect item damaged by the purchaser's mail or courier service, we are able to provide a replacement at a cost of £5.

 

 

Cancellations and re-booking policy

Please note that we require at least 14 days notice of your wish to cancel a place that you have already booked.  Please note also that some workshops are "one-offs" and if you cancel your place, you might subsequently have to choose a different workshop to the one originally booked.

 

It is usually possible for you to transfer your booked place to

another person.  If this happens, you must provide us with the

relevant details beforehand of the person who is taking up your place.

 

 

All workshops, classes and creative experiences are subject to

availability.  Bookings are provisional until you receive confirmation email or text from ourselves.  Any arrangements that you might make in relation to your booking should not be made until we have confirmed your booking in writing.

 

 

If any particular workshops, courses, classes or creative experiences are cancelled by ourselves due to electrical, technological, mechanical or other breakdown, failure or hindrance, or through bad weather, illness or other reasons

beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel workshops, courses, classes and creative experiences at short notice.

 

We will do our best to inform you as soon as we can and will do all we can to provide an alternative experience.  However, if an unavoidable cancellation occurs, we are unable to reimburse costs you have incurred in relation to travel or accommodation or any other expenses you might have incurred in relation to the cancelled event.

 

We sometimes take photos during classes, workshops, Drop-In Days, parties, group bookings and all other events.  We use these for publicity purposes.  Please advise us if you do not wish to have any photos used in this way.

 

 

All the above terms, policies and conditions are applicable to the purchaser and also the receiver and end-user of our services.  We reserve the right to change any of the above if deemed appropriate.

 

All changes will be found on this page as and when they are updated.

 

 

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
